You will speak with Anne, the head of support who will ask you some questions to better understand you and your situation. This is the chance to ask any questions you have about coaching, mentoring, men's or women's discussion groups, the fees for any of the services that Better Life offers, how the coaching/mentoring will work, if coaching/mentoring is for you, where the practice is situated, availability of sessions, etc. You will also be introduced to other options available to you in case it may fit your needs better.
The FREE consultation call will last approximately 15 minutes. This should be enough time to get an idea of your current situation and answer all your questions. If there are additional things you'd like to enquire in advance please send Better Life an email by CLICKING HERE.
If you have decided to go ahead with coaching, discussion groups or mentoring, your details will be taken during the call and Anne will get in touch with you to send:
A link for you to confirm the time and date as well as make payment for your first introduction session with the coach/mentor or men's/women's discussion group session. After making payment you will receive a confirmation of payment via email for your records.
Only for coaching/mentoring clients: A welcome client PDF which will include a client roadmap, client fees and a client FAQ (Frequently asked questions)
Only for discussion group participants: A welcome participant PDF which will include a participant roadmap, fees and a FAQ (Frequently asked questions).
After completing the welcome checklist:
Only for coaching/mentoring clients: The coach shall then be waiting for you at your first introduction coaching or mentoring session at the agreed date and time. After your first introduction session: A contract agreement for the coaching or mentoring relationship will be sent over to you via email for you to sign online.
Only for discussion group participants: The facilitator will be waiting for you at your first discussion group session at the agreed date and time.
